Dormont Elementary Parent and Faculty Organization is pleased to announce the Fall 2025 Scholastic Book Fair! The fair theme this year is "Jungle" where we're "Wild About Books!"

Students will have the opportunity to visit the Fair during their regularly scheduled Library Special period on October 13, 15, 16 or 17. During the library visit, the librarian and book fair volunteers will help children to write a wish list of items that they may wish to purchase. Purchases may also be made during classroom visits. Payment methods are cash, credit card, check, made payable to Dormont Elementary PFO, or Scholastic e-wallet (more information here). 

Additionally, we will host a Book Fair Family Night on Friday,  October 17, 2025 from 6:30 - 8 PM, in the cafeteria. The DEPFO will be selling hot dogs (beef or vegetarian), snacks & drinks and Millie's will be on site for your ice cream needs. 

The Fall Book Fair is a great opportunity to volunteer with our organization. Please consider signing up to volunteer on the form attached to this post. We truly do need and appreciate any help you can offer! In order to volunteer, you will need to be a member of the DEPFO and have your clearances on file with the school district.
