Calling all parents and caregivers! We need volunteers for our 2026 Dormont Elementary Field Day on Friday, May 29th.

Please fill out this form if you would like to help out on Friday, May 29, 2026. We will need volunteers for shifts all day. If you can only work a certain shift please enter the times/shifts you can volunteer for on the form. If you have multiple kids, you do not need to fill it out for each kid, only 1 form per parent/caregiver is needed. If you have only 1 student at DE, and both parents want to volunteer they must each submit a form with their own ParentSquare account.

Field Day is so fun and if you're new to our school, the students have a blast! It's all because of our amazing parent and caregiver volunteers who make it happen!

All volunteers must have updated clearances on file with the KO School District. Volunteer clearances are free*, see the info on the website.

We need volunteers to fill this form out by 9 PM on Sunday, April 26th as we do have to confirm all volunteers have clearances on file with the school district. As it takes a few weeks for the clearances to come back, please file for your clearances the same day you sign up.
