2026 Dormont Elementary Field Day Student Permission Form
Our Dormont Elementary Field Day is on Friday, May 29, 2026! This is the digital permission slip form that we need parents or legal guardians to fill out for all students in order for their child to participate in the Field Day activities. The permission slips are due by May 20, 2026. There will not be a paper form sent home.
All students please bring a reusable water bottle, and wear comfortable socks and sneakers. Please wear sunscreen to school on Field Day.
A change of clothes including socks in a plastic bag is recommended to put in their backpacks (and sunscreen if they can reapply it themselves).
Grade shirt colors:
First Graders please wear RED shirts.
Second Graders please wear GREEN shirts.
Third Graders please wear YELLOW shirts.
Fourth Graders please wear BLUE shirts.
Fifth Graders please wear your MAROON 5th grade shirt.
Kindergartners please wear your tie-dye shirt you received at the beginning of the year.
Students participating in Field Day do not need to bring their Chromebooks to school on Field Day, May 29th.

There was separate post on ParentSquare for volunteers signups, we always need a lot of volunteers for the day of the event to host Field Day for our students! The signups closed at the end of April due to it taking weeks to get clearances back if you do not already have them.
We do need some items to make this event happen, please see our Amazon Wish List - you do not have to buy on Amazon, please mark off that they are purchased on the wishlist if you buy the paper products somewhere else.
*There will be a wish list from 5th grade for their special water battle. 5th grade families out for that post and wish list.
